Kris’s mission is to approach each project no matter the budget or size,

Kris has previously lived in the Okanagan but moved from Calgary AB back to Kelowna in early 2016.

In Calgary her company Hyatt Staging & ReDesign Inc. was a leading Staging/ ReDesign Company and has made her clients thousands of dollars above list price.

With over 19 years of Staging experience, Kris is an expert in her field when it comes to marketing your home for sale and getting top dollar, for home owners, builders and flippers.

ReDesign……the affordable alternative to Interior Design

Kris was the first in her field to switch up the concept of Interior Design towards ReDesign. She found most clients typically didn’t want to do a full custom interior design change to their home. They wanted to keep there loved sofa or their heirloom dinning table and just needed some help to achieve the function and aesthetic for their needs and lifestyle. They didn’t want to spend thousands of dollars on custom drapery, or rendering floor plans.

By reflecting clients tastes, solving their design problems, and respecting their time frame and spending plan. Kris clients appreciate her enthusiastic personal approach that keeps the design process fun and exciting. Whether she is designing one room or an entire home, every client receives her full attention. She realizes the importance of: professionalism, strong communication skills and honest work ethics in her business dealings. Kris will meet the needs of even the most discerning clients.

In addition to whole-home decorating service, Kris can also be hired for a one room project

to help you stage to sell or renovate to live.

Kris’s has helped many homeowners, builders, flippers to renovate to sell. She knows what buyers want, how to keep within the integrity of the home, solve design problems, infuse design elements, while not overspending on a renovation that will just eat into your profits . This is key for profit even if it’s a tight budget. No judging.

Kris is an entrepreneur, decorating designer, stager, colour expert, flipper, guest speaker, and animal lover. She currently lives with her partner Scott, has two adult children, 2 dogs and enjoys, travel, the outdoors, and running her beautiful AirBNB on the side.
